From the back of the LP: "History: Black Spirit formed in 1969, consisting of Italians living in Germany. They released an LP privately in Germany in 1978 containing material recorded between 72 and 78 of which this LP is a re-issue. At first the (English) vocals seemed strained , but after a few plays this impression disappears – Black Spirit are shown at their best during the lengthy hard-rock jamming of "Crazy Times", "Nicolino" and "Old Times"
